In the "Documents" of het menu "Bid management" of a project, click on the "+ Documents" button to select one or more documents to import from your computer.
PS: To select multiple documents, hold down the "Ctrl (Windows) / Cmd (Mac)" key while selecting them one by one. If you want to select a list of documents, click on the first document, hold down the "Shift" key on your keyboard and then click on the last document in the list.
When the documents are imported, you can identify their type (specifications, plans, ...) so that you can filter by type and allow those who will receive the documents during the price request to have a file to download sorted by type. To do this, select one or more documents, then click on "Type" just above.
Link documents with one or more bid packages:
In the "Documents" of het menu "Bid management" of a project, select one or more documents to associate with the bid package(s) via the selection boxes on the left. PS: It is possible to select several documents at the same time: hold down the shift key while then pressing the first and last document to be selected.
Automatically, you will see the buttons above the list activated as well as the number of documents that are selected. By clicking on "Link to bid package", you will see the drop-down menu showing all the default bid packages in your account.
Then search for the name of the batch among the list. PS: If the written bid package is not found, then click on "Add to list". This batch will then be created for your project and the document will be linked to it.
It is possible to link the same document with several bid packages. To do this, repeat the operation or click on "Associate to all packages" if necessary..
If you need to modify or add a document after sending your price requests, simply import them and also assign them to the corresponding batch. They will then be automatically available for download on the bid request links. To notify each bidder of additions/modifications, simply send an individual or grouped message to all the companies concerned.
Remove documents from a bid package
Move your mouse near the bid package name on the document and a cross will appear. Then click on this cross.
In the same way, if you have already sent your bid requests and you remove a document from the package, they will no longer be automatically available on the download link accessible by the tendered company.
Move your mouse near the document you want to delete and then click on the "Delete" button that appears to the right of the line.
