When sending a reminder, each bidder receives an email identical to the initial request, with the deadline, access to the project, documents and job items to be able to bid.
2 possibilities :
When in "Companies" of the bid package tab, you can select all companies via the checkbox and then click on "Send reminder" in the upper right corner.
In the price request to a company, in the "Business Flow" section, click on the "Reminder" (bell) or message action.
PS: You can only send reminders to companies that have already been invited and have not yet received a bid. However, a message can be sent to all companies.
PPS: Each reminder and message are automatically recorded in a company's price request history, with date, message and author. Similarly, the bidder sees this history (except internal notes), to know the date of the initial request as well as the reminders received.
